■采用齿轮齿条同步对中二拉杆合模装置，油缸直压锁模。模板有效容模面积大，对模具的适应性广。
■采用储料式模头，其主要流道部件均采用优质淡化合金钢，表面硬度高，快速射出管胚。
■可根据制品要求选用标准壁厚控制系统进行型胚厚度的控制。
备选功能：壁厚控制器、可视液位线、多层共挤。
